Filippo is in Paris for a NATO contract and a relic deal. He decides to dupe his buyer, Oma, with a replica of the artefact - as his code dictates that such objects should be reunited with people who are able to appreciate them.

His scam is discovered, but with the help of his sister Kailani, he escapes the angry buyers and moves on to the next deal.

He has to travel to Baghdad for another NATO work and arranges a second deal - Albert, his mentor and old friend, found a buyer for an unusual object, a small cylindrical clay vase, hermetically sealed, part of his late mother’s collection. During a Work Gala evening, he meets the charming Hana, who leaves an impression on him. But she suddenly abandons him - cinderella-style.
